Aspirations Day
The Cheshire & Warrington Pledge Partnership, in conjunction with Cheshire Youth United are organising a Careers Fair / Aspirations Day for Girlguiding members with the idea of introducing young women to careers that are underrepresented by women.
Cheshire Youth United is a collective of all the uniformed youth groups in Cheshire, set up by Youth Fed at the behest of the Lord Lieutenant of Cheshire some 10 years or so ago. It was very active before the pandemic with quarterly meetings and an annual conference and it has a full time Uniformed Youth Group support worker that can help uniformed youth groups with events, liaison, volunteer and member recruitment etc.
